4-Ingredient Yogurt Pie

When I want a simple dessert I usually gravitate towards fresh fruit. Just a bit of whipped cream and sugar can make all the difference between a serving of fruit and a memorable dessert.

For this 4-Ingredient Yogurt Pie you truly only need a handful of ingredients to make this luscious treat.

To make this super simple we’re using a pre-made graham cracker crust. For this recipe I’m counting it as a single ingredient, but you can make one from scratch if you prefer. You’ll find that recipe here.

For the filling you only need to combine strawberry yogurt with some chopped strawberries and some Cool Whip. It’s so simple, yet such a genius way to make a pie. And, it happens to be a healthier dessert than most other after dinner offerings.

If you want to use real whipped cream you can do that instead of Cool Whip. Both will add that creamy and sweet flavor to this pie.

To decorate the top I cut strawberries in half and then cut a little notch from the top to turn them into heart shapes. It didn’t take long at all, but it made this pie look extra special.

You can arrange the strawberries on top in any pattern you like, but I did this sort of snowflake design and I think it turned out so cute.

Once you have your pie decorated place it in the fridge to cool. The last step before slicing is to pop this into the freezer for a hour to firm it up. If you leave it in longer it can get some ice crystals, but it will still be very tasty!

This smooth and creamy dessert is a great way to serve strawberries and it only takes a few minutes of your time to whip this up.
