  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced

Sauce
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • â…“ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips, for topping
Preparation
  1. Add shredded chicken to a small bowl and toss with ¼ cup barbeque sauce.
  2. In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients and toss to combine.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together barbeque sauce, yogurt, and ranch seasoning until fully combined.
