    • 1/2 pound cooked crab meat, shells removed
    • 1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
    • Sauté the onion, celery, and carrot until softened, about 5 minutes.
    • Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  2. Season the Base:
    • Stir in the tomato paste, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
    • Season with salt and black pepper.
    • Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Thicken the Soup:
    • Sprinkle the flour over the mixture, stirring until well combined.
