  • Black Pepper: To taste

For the Potato and Cheese Mixture:

  • Mozzarella Cheese: 150g
  • Cottage Cheese: 4 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tbsp
  • Mustard: 2 tbsp

Other Ingredients:

  • Onion: 1, sliced
  • Olive Oil: As needed

  1. Season the Beef: Rub the beef with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Prepare the Potato Mixture: Grate the potatoes. In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard. Mix well.
